Who we are

What we collect

• Quote enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, preferred date and any message or property details you provide.
• Technical data: your IP address (used briefly to protect the quote form from spam and abuse) and, if you consent, analytics data about how you use the site (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

How we use it and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — lawful basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To protect our website from spam and abuse — lawful basis: our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure.
• To measure and improve our website using analytics — lawful basis: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website and deliver your enquiry to us:

• Netlify — website hosting and form processing.
• EmailJS — delivers your quote enquiry to our inbox.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement (only with your consent).

Some of these providers are based outside the UK (for example in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries only as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records, after which they are deleted. Anti-spam technical data (such as IP addresses) is retained for a short period only. Analytics data is retained in line with our Google Analytics settings.

Cookies and analytics

We do not set analytics cookies unless you accept them via our cookie banner. If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are popular). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
